To transfer an existing prescription, we just need the name of your medication and current pharmacy—we can handle the rest.
For new prescriptions, your doctor can prescribe right to HAQM Pharmacy, just like any other pharmacy.

You may be wondering

Is HAQM Pharmacy right for me?
HAQM Pharmacy works best if you fill at least one prescription regularly, and you need to be over 18 to get your prescriptions through us. If you're a parent or caregiver, we can help you manage prescriptions for children under 18 after you've selected your HAQM profile or created a new one for yourself.

To get started, search for and select the medication you were prescribed. On the page with your medication's details, you can check pricing and request a prescription transfer to HAQM Pharmacy.

If you don't have a prescription at another pharmacy, then you can tell your prescriber to send your prescription to HAQM Pharmacy. After we receive your prescription and our pharmacists review it, we'll notify you to return to HAQM Pharmacy and place your medication order.

If you don't currently have any prescriptions, then you can sign up for HAQM Pharmacy so you're ready for future prescription needs.

We recommend using your current pharmacy for urgent medication needs like antibiotics or medications you’ll run out of within a week.

If you take multiple daily medications, we also offer PillPack by HAQM Pharmacy, a service that sorts your medication into packets by date and time. To learn more about PillPack, go to haqm.com/pillpack.

Do you take my insurance?
HAQM Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans.
When you have a prescription on file, we calculate your copay automatically, so you never have to wonder what's covered.

If you're new to HAQM Pharmacy, we'll ask for information needed to transfer your prescription and save this information to your HAQM profile. You'll use this profile to easily request additional prescription transfers.

If you want to sign up for HAQM Pharmacy to be ready for future prescription needs, we can look up your insurance information for you during signup. You can also enter the information yourself during signup or at any time after signup from your dashboard. Then, you just need to search for your medication to check the price from the page with your medication's details, using your HAQM profile.

You can also choose to use HAQM Pharmacy without insurance. Either way, we'll show you both the copay price with insurance and the lowest price without insurance, including any savings for HAQM Prime members.
How do I reach a pharmacist?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or contact your prescriber immediately.
If you have questions about your medication, our pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visit our Help Center to contact us.
How do I start using HAQM Pharmacy?
There are three ways you can get started with HAQM Pharmacy:
1. Transfer an existing prescription.

Search for and select the medication you were prescribed. On the page with your medication's details, you can check pricing and request a prescription transfer to HAQM Pharmacy.

We'll also ask for some information that will be saved to your HAQM profile, making future transfers easier.

After we receive your prescription and our pharmacists review it, we'll notify you when it's time to return to HAQM Pharmacy and place your medication order.

2. Add a new prescription.

Contact your prescriber and ask them to send your prescription to HAQM Pharmacy.

3. Sign up to fill future prescriptions.

If you don't have a prescription to fill right now, you can sign up for HAQM Pharmacy so you're ready for future prescriptions.

Signing up takes about 5 minutes. We'll ask questions about you, your medications, your health history, and more.

When you do have a prescription to fill, just ask your prescriber to send it to HAQM Pharmacy. We accept prescriptions electronically (E-Scribe), by fax, or by mail.

Will my pharmacy information be kept safe?
HAQM Pharmacy is committed to maintaining your privacy and we take our responsibility for safeguarding your Protected Health Information (PHI) very seriously.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) governs how HAQM Pharmacy may use and disclose PHI, including information like medication history, medical conditions, and health insurance information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, and not HAQM's Privacy Notice, describes that use and disclosure.

We currently serve all 50 US states.
How do I track my order?
You can find tracking information on HAQM Pharmacy in Your orders.
After an order has shipped, you can track your packages by visiting Your orders on HAQM Pharmacy. From here, you can find the latest tracking information as well as updates to when your package will arrive. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Can I manage prescriptions for a child or other family member through HAQM Pharmacy?
If you're a parent or caregiver, we can help you manage prescriptions for children under 18.
First, you'll need to sign up for HAQM Pharmacy yourself. Once that's done, you'll be taken to your dashboard, where you can add your child's information, including medications they're taking.

Currently we don't support caregivers managing prescriptions for adults over 18.

If your prescriber already sent us a prescription, it will show up in your dashboard a few hours after we start processing it. If you haven't already, you'll need to sign up for HAQM Pharmacy to get your prescription filled with us.

Automatic refills

With HAQM Pharmacy, you can have many prescriptions refilled automatically and delivered before you run out.
How it works
You can turn on automatic refills after we fill your prescription for the first time. Due to pharmacy industry regulations, not every prescription is eligible for automatic refills. We'll let you know after we fill your prescription. You can turn them off any time.
Eligibility requirements
Prescriptions may not be eligible for automatic refills for a variety of reasons, like:
• Your prescriber changes your prescription
• We're having trouble determining your insurance price
• Your prescription has expired
• State regulations or insurance plan rules
Schedule II controlled substances like dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine), oxycodone (OxyContin), and methylphenidate (Concerta, Ritalin, etc.) are not available for automatic refills.
Stay in the loop
We'll let you know when your refill is being prepared in case you want to make changes to your order. We'll also let you know when your order ships and if the price of your next refill will change significantly.
